Diamond and Ruby Pendant

Design Brief

The initial brief was just that – brief! Our customer wanted a ruby pendant and that’s all she knew. So, we started from scratch and spent a lot of time going through what she did and didn’t like. We sourced a number of rubies of different shapes and sizes from Burma for her to view and the one she fell in love with ultimately inspired the final design.

Victoria then used the beautiful pear shape to create a number of different designs to best show off the vibrant stone and this was the winning design.

A beautiful deep, vibrant red pear shaped ruby slightly off-set against a rare white pear shaped diamond on a diamond set bale, all in 18ct white gold. The result is breathtaking and our customer was absolutely delighted with her individually designed bespoke pendant.
