Aquamarine and Diamond Pendant

Design Brief

Our customer wanted to create a beautiful pendant as a gift for his wife. She already owned a number of diamond pendants, some were simple solitaires and others more intricate designs, but he wanted something with a splash of colour – a real show piece!

Our customer was open to gemstone ideas and after some deliberation Christopher sourced a number of pear-shaped Aquas for him to view.

The final stone was chosen due to its vivid blue/green colour, stunning clarity and perfect symmetry. It was set in a halo of brilliant cut diamonds and suspended from a single pear and brilliant cut diamond drop, all set in the highest quality platinum.

The result is truly magnificent!

The pendant was presented in June 2015 and the tears and emails of thanks seem to be proof that it was received as it was created….brilliantly!
